With more and more technology choices available to faculty, the reasoning behind selection of a particular technology to be used in a learning environment must be sound.  Unfortunately, as technologists, we are more versed in the technology rather than the learning application. Knowing just a few simple learning science concepts can help frame your technology recommendations to faculty.  I aim to offer a practical implementation of Bloom's Taxonomy for technologists to help assist future implementations.
