Panelists will discuss their experiences implementing these systems for their own journals. Topics include; steps taken in planning a site; criteria used to evaluate systems; advantages/disadvantages of the system(s) they have tried; and whether they plan to continue with the system they are using and future development.  Speakers will also share their experience with open source, free and low-cost tools for publishing journal content in mobile friendly formats.
