The Legal iPad Revolution: where are we now and where are we going?

Presenter(s):
Debbie Ginsberg, Chicago-Kent College of Law

It's hard to believe that iPads were introduced just two years ago. In the time since, Apple has sold millions of them.  Even in the legal profession - which can be especially slow to adopt new technologies - iPads are amazingly popular.  Students use them to take notes. Faculty use them for research. Lawyers use them for trial presentations.

In this session, I'll discuss the effects that iPads have had on law schools and the legal profession since they were introduced.  What's working, what's not, and what's next? And I'll also throw in a few of my favorite apps, just for good measure.
