In August of 2009, the Marquette Law Review made all of its published articles freely available online using Digital Commons, the world’s leading hosted institutional repository platform. In doing so, the law review brought new life to its archives and improved the visibility of its intellectual assets. Since moving to Digital Commons, over 20,000 readers worldwide have accessed this valuable body of legal scholarship.
