2010 Sponsor Checklist

CAMPUS PARKING UPDATE: For those driving to the school and setting up/claiming a table on Wednesday, park in lots #1, #2, or #3 and come in to the law school building immediately to get a parking pass from Austin (call him at 773-308-5266). On Thursday, Friday, or Saturday you will be parking in different lots and will need a different pass: instructions found on this page.

1) Each of your attendees must register for the conference using separate cali.org account credentials for each attendee. It's a simple process that needs to be done by each of your attendees:

If you are registering for someone other than yourself, you'll need to create that person's account separate from yours if one doesn't exist, login to the conference site using his/her cali.org credentials, and register as that person.

Don't forget that you receive 1 complimentary attendee registration for each sponsorship opportunity taken. Additional attendees are billed at $395.

2) If holding a session send us a title, name/title/organization/email of presenters, and a paragraph long description of the session.

3) Check the logos on the sponsor page. If you want us to use a different version, email us and attach the new logo. If you would like to include a brief description of your company on its conference page - which you can find by clicking on your company's logo - please send that verbiage along as well.

5) Exhibiting/Setup/Dismantle hours: Tables are open during all sessions, meals, and breaks so check the agenda for more specifics. Power and wireless internet are provided to all exhibitors at no cost. Tables are not assigned. Exhibitors can claim their table on a first come, first choice basis during setup hours.

  • Setup - Wednesday June 23rd, 3-7PM (no actual sessions will take place on Wednesday so attendees will not be around). Or Thursday June 24th, 7-8AM (breakfast starts at 8:00AM so expect to have attendees from 8AM on).
  • Dismantle - Saturday, June 26th, 1:00-3:00PM.

Make sure you label your boxes clearly with your organization's name.

8) If you are sponsoring a bag insert, send 350 items. Make sure that your shipment is clearly labeled "Bag Inserts," that it arrives by June 15th, and that you send us tracking info.

9) When planning for your table and exhibiting materials please remember we provide table space with power and wireless internet included. But this is not a large exhibitor hall booth space. Keep your shipments and exhibiting materials to a minimum. We are especially tight for space this year. There is a very good chance we will not be able to accomodate oversized displays (over 6 ft. wide or 6 ft. tall, the length of one table) this year.

If you have an oversized display larger than 6 ft. by 6 ft. or enough materials to fill more than one table, please sponsor another table for an additional table fee. Thanks!

10) If contributing a prize to the conference raffle let us know what you will be contributing. Make sure your attendees have the prize at the conference so we can hand it out.
