Preparing for Change: What impact will the new ABA Standards and Rules of Procedure have on learning outcomes, distance education, experiential learning, faculty/student ratios, faculty status and student employment?

The ABA Standards Review Committee  has sent to the Council on Legal Education the revised standards and these have been sent out for Notice and Comment.  It is very likely that the the Council will submit the final proposed standards to the American Bar Association House of Delegates in August.  
The proposed changes will have an impact in a number of areas including faculty tenure, learning outcomes, experiential learning, distance education,  faculty/student ratios and students working while in law school.  This session will provide a quick overview of the signficant changes and an audience discussion of the impact of the changes.
