[CALIcon14 Presenters] Please register and book your hotel now + Some notes about scheduling

You are receiving this because you are listed as a presenter at the 24th Annual Conference for Law School Computing to be held June 19-21, 2014 at Harvard Law School, Cambridge MA. This message is long but it contains important information. Please read the whole thing.
--------
THANK YOU for volunteering to be a presenter. The time and effort you put into your presentations is very much appreciated by myself and your colleagues. Your presentations are a huge part of what makes CALIcon such a great conference.
--------
If you haven't done so already, please register for the Conference at http://cca.li/to as soon as you can and make your hotel reservations at http://cca.li/te. Because we have a waiting list for sessions and presenters this year, if you have not registered for the conference by Friday, May 16th we may remove your session from the agenda and give the slot to someone else. PLEASE NOTE that the hotels are filling fast and only Le Meridien has rooms available as of 5/12/14.
--------
Now that we have selected the sessions for the conference the work of putting together an agenda has begun. As you might imagine scheduling 55 sessions into 5 concurrent rooms across 3 days is a bit of a challenge. We still anticipate releasing the initial preliminary agenda on Friday May 16, 2014. Please visit the website at http://cca.li/tp after 5:00 PM ET on the 16th to see scheduling information for your session. A number of you have contacted us with scheduling requests and we are striving to honor those requests, but at this time we're going to ask you to please wait until the preliminary agenda is released on the 16th before making any further requests for specific scheduling slots. We have a completely full agenda again this year, so scheduling flexibility is a bit more limited than it was in the past.
--------
If you are NOT presenting at the conference please let me (emasters@cali.org) know right away.
--------
As always, if you have any questions, problems, suggestions, ideas, comments, complaints, don't hesitate to contact me.
