2013 Conference Transportation Information

From the Palmer House Hotel to Chicago-Kent College of Law:
Walking--
It is about a 20 minute walk from the Palmer House to Chicago-Kent.
From the hotel walk over one block to Adams and continue along Adams until you reach Chicago-Kent at 565 West Adams.

City buses--
Buses run frequently between the Palmer House and Chicago-Kent College of Law.

• Leaving the Palmer House, bus #126 departs about a block from the Palmer House on Adams Street near the corner of Adams and State Streets. It arrives 7 minutes later at Quincy and Clinton Streets about a block from Chicago-Kent.
• Leaving Chicago-Kent, bus #151 departs about 3 blocks from the law school on the Union Station side of Canal Street between Adams Street and Jackson Blvd. It arrives at State and Adams Streets 8 minutes later, less than two blocks from the Palmer House.

From the airports to the hotel and conference site using public transportation:
From O'Hare-

• To the Palmer House Hotel:
  • Take the "Blue Line" to the "Monroe" stop (you will be at Monroe and Dearborn Streets).
  • Walk 2 blocks to 17 E Monroe Street).
• To Chicago-Kent College of Law:
  • Take the “Blue Line” to the “Clinton” stop (you will be at Clinton and Tilden).
  • Walk 3 blocks north on Clinton to Adams and turn left to 565 West Adams.

From Midway-

• To the Palmer House Hotel:
  • Take the “Orange Line” to the "Adams" stop ( you will be at Adams and Wabash Streets).
  • Walk one block on Wabash to Monroe, turn left and walk 1/2 block to 17 E Monroe Street.
• To Chicago-Kent College of Law:
  • Take the “Orange Line” to the “Quincy” stop (you will be at Quincy & Wells).
  • Walk one half-block north on Wells to Adams, then five blocks west on Adams to 565 W. Adams.
  • -Or-
  • Walk one-half block north on Wells to Adams, then take the #126 or #7 bus, going west, to Clinton. Then walk west on Adams to 565 W. Adams.
