Technology & Legal Education: Are 5th Graders Really Ahead of Us?

Fifth grade students are ahead of our law students in using technology to enhance their educational experiences. Even law schools with laptop requirements for their students are not offering educational experiences equal to those provided to 5th graders.  This program will demonstrate 5th grade technology based educational strategies that can be incorporated into our law school classrooms.  Takeaways will include specific ideas and techniques that can be used in any law school classroom to enhance legal education.
