Navigating the ABA Standards: How ExamSoft can Make it Simple

With the changing guidelines in law school accreditation, deans and faculty have to put more thought into tracking learning outcomes, assessing simulations, and improving curriculum. The goal of this session is to show how features within the ExamSoft portal, including Categories and Rubrics, can make these new standards easy to manage. By the end of the session, participants will be able to 1) clarify what changes are coming to assessment with the new ABA standards, 2) identify how to use the Categories and Rubrics features to track learning, and 3) understand how learning outcomes data and reports can improve the quality of legal education for both educators and students.
