[CALIcon15 Presenters] Preliminary Schedule Posted + Reminders
Good Morning.
Just a quick note let you know that the schedule for CALIcon15 is online at http://conference.cali.org/2015/program/session-schedule. Please take a few minutes and look it over to see when and where your session is.
The schedule for regular sessions is set but there are still a few details to add including a few lunchtime events and a workshop or 2. If you had contacted me about being scheduled at a particular time, I tried to accommodate that request. At this point, because the schedule is rather full, I would prefer not to make any changes. If you have a serious issue with the scheduling of your session, please contact me ASAP and I'll see what I can do.
If you have not registered for the conference yet, and there are aabout a dozen or so of you, please do so now. EVERYONE must register so that we know you will be there to present and so we get an accurate count for materials and food. Take a few minutes and visit http://conference.cali.org/2015/register now to get signed up.
Once you're registered I'd like everyone to complete their profile by uploading a picture, making sure your school and title are correct, and adding some interests. For example see http://conference.cali.org/2015/users/emasters. Having all this information helps your fellow attendees as they make decisions about which session to attend. You can edit your profile by logging in to the site on clicking on "My profile" in the right hand menu.
With just over 4 weeks until the conference you can expect a few more of these messages with details about presenting at the 25th Annual CALI Conference for Law School Computing. You can find general presenter notes at http://cca.li/xs.
Finally, if you are on this list by mistake or your plans have changed and you are not going to be presenting, please let me know ASAP.
THANK YOU for volunteering to be a presenter. The time and effort you put into your presentations is very much appreciated by myself and your colleagues. Your presentations are a huge part of what makes CALIcon such a great conference.
See you in June!
