[CALIcon15 Presenters] Please review the presenter notes + join the Slack community

Just 16 short days to go until the start of CALIcon15! Is everybody ready? I just have a few notes for you as you prepare for the conference.

  • I've updated the Presenter Notes page at http://conference.cali.org/2015/presenternotes. Please take a few minutes to read the page as it contains important information.
  • Please add your picture to your profile on the CALIcon15 website.
  • This year's informal presenters' meeting will be in the conference hotel at 6PM on 6/17. It's optional, but I'll be around to answer any questions you might have. I'll have more details as to where in the hotel shortly.
  • The schedule is pretty set at this point. We made some changes on Saturday, but everyone affected was notified. Please check the schedule so you know when and where you are presenting.
  • Please join the CALIcon15 community on Slack. To get started visit http://calicon15.cali.org and enter your email address. Once you've signed up join the #presenters channel. I'm going to use #presenters to stay in touch with y'all leading up to and during the conference.

And again, THANK YOU for volunteering to be a presenter. The time and effort you put into your presentations is very much appreciated by myself and your colleagues. Your presentations are a huge part of what makes CALIcon such a great conference.
